SoundwavesTV

The 19th annual Soundwaves Christmas Party went off without a hitch Saturday, December 6th and once again, the goal was to help those in our communities that are less fortunate. The result was an awesome show with great entertainment, some surprise moments, one or two touching reunions and the true finale to Soundwaves' 25th season celebration!

But the real reward was the huge mountains of donations we had to navigate through at the end of the evening! Thanks to the efforts of a caring community, a handful of energetic volunteers and the efforts of Spooky Kabuki Assassins, we wrapped the night with over 500 toys!

Let's say that again. Five hundred toys.

Try counting to 500. It's a lot. Now compare the effort of buying a toy next to just picking up an extra can of tuna. Not to compare one charitable contribution to the next - because even the smallest one is important! -- but to pick out a toy, only to give it away? That's huge! In fact, that's huge times five hundred.

So, thank you to everyone who contributed to make a difference in the lives of others!
