SOUNDWAVES WINS TWO WAVE AWARDS

We are proud to announce that SOUNDWAVES has won both categories it was nominated for at the 2009 WAVE AWARDS. Dennis Willis, Steven Kirk and Joe McCaffrey were on hand at the ceremonies, held in Reno, Nevada October 17th, to accept for the show's final two episodes in the following categories:

Soundwaves was part of a WAVE sweep that saw Pacifica Community Television win eight of the ten awards it was nominated for. Congrats also to Sharron Walker, Steve Brown and Bob Twigg (Pacifica Currents), Bruce Latimer (The Bruce Latimer Show), Ian Butler (Laugh Locally!) and the PCT Interns (Station Promo).

The WAVE Awards represent entries from the Western region - Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada and New Mexico.
